LeLe has worked at MSU for 22 years (3 years on the PET project, 18 in the Office of Sponsored Projects and 9 months in the Office of Research Development).  Before MSU, she worked at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences for six years in Sponsored Projects and Microbiology and Immunology.  LeLe is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA) and has attended and spoken at several NCURA and SRA conferences.  Her current position is the Research Services Training and Development Specialist for the Office of Research Development, where her duties include overseeing the DAWG (Departmental Administrators Working Group) program and various other trainings and is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the ORED Seminar Series as well as various other related events.  LeLe graduated from MUW in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
