The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is a U.S. Department of Defense agency that invests in breakthrough technologies and fosters innovation to advance national security. DARPA funds high-risk, high-reward research projects in areas like AI, biotechnology, and advanced materials, often driving transformative scientific and technological advancements. This program will provide participants with an overview off DARPA priorities and funding mechanisms, as well as establish a collaboration and information pipeline to encourage broad participation in DARPA opportunities among MSU grantseekers.
